A Few Last Words
To
Borderline
Personality Disorder Sufferers:
Shift you focus from, 'If I have borderline personality disorder, people will have a reason to reject and abandon me; since that petrifies me, I cannot admit to having borderline personality disorder or any other issue,' to, 'Jesus, who is my Creator, Lord and Savior loves me so much that He sacrificed His own life for me, and He accepts me, loves me, and will never abandon me, so who cares what any human being thinks?'
Seeing yourself as Jesus sees you, defining yourself as Jesus defines you, and aiming the rest of your life at serving Jesus will give you the freedom, the courage, and the reason to face up to borderline personality disorder, grit your teeth, and heal from it, which will enable you to better serve and glorify Him. Don't go to counseling just for show. Invest the time to find a good Christian counselor who actually knows what he or she is doing, and then put in the hard work to truly heal from borderline personality disorder, like Leslie Dickerson did.
To Truly Saved Christian Counselors:
Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) and Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT), the so-called "gold standards," as well as all other psychotherapies for managing the symptoms of borderline personality disorder have pagan origins, including Buddhism, so do not use them off the shelf. Take the time to strip out the pagan content, replace them with Biblical content, and adapt them to each patient.
And treat pro bono at least one Christian sister or brother who is suffering from dissociative identity disorder and/or borderline personality disorder and cannot afford to pay. Remember that those who pay you are customers; for you to have a "ministry," charge them nothing. And when treating those suffering from dissociative identity disorder, start with the protector alter.
To True Christian Churches And Pastors:
Before spending money to build buildings, coffee shops, bookstores, skateboarding ramps, etc., invest it and other resources to minister to those in your pews and homeless nearby who are suffering from dissociative identity disorder, borderline personality disorder, Satanic ritual abuse, and other forms of demonic oppression. Prioritize caring for the wounded lambs of Jesus, the most wounded first.
