How Many Alters Can A Person With DID Have?

How Many Alters Can A Person With DID Have? When I asked the pastor how many alters Kristin has and how long it will take to integrate all of them, he said he had no idea but invited us to return (and pay again) to have more alters integrate.

I hadn't kept a count but suspected that at least about fifty or sixty of Kristin's alters already had integrated. But how many more of them were in her? Just how many alters can a person with dissociative identity disorder (DID) have?

Researching this question online led to a ministry that specializes in dissociative identity disorder and was led by a lady whose background resonated. Her father had raped and pimped her out when she was young. After she married a pastor later in life, alters surfaced in her, so her husband returned to his conservative seminary to study dissociative identity disorder, earned a doctorate in it, and built a ministry around his research, which she had taken over after he died.

On the question of how many alters can a person with DID have, this lady postulated that each traumatic ordeal can produce several alters, each of whom could have multiple demons if they also suffered Satanic Ritual Abuse (SRA). Since having the alters surface one by one, be cleansed of demons and then integrate simply takes too long, her ministry had developed a way to group the alters around a small number of lead alters, whose integration is said to be capable of integrating all of the alters who are attached to them.

She had a lot of content posted on her website but had even more literature and DVDs for sale. I spent a lot time going through both, which seemed to answered many questions, including how many alters a person with DID could have: someone who was consistently raped for twenty years as Kristin had been could have hundreds if not thousands of alters.
